The Palmetto Beach Community Association’s (PBCA) by-laws were developed when it incorporated in order to formally exist as an organization, as required by the State of Florida. By-laws are the rules that govern the internal management of the organization, written by PBCA’s founders or directors. They must cover, at minimum, topics such as how directors are elected, how meetings of directors are conducted, and the organization’s officers and their duties. PBCA’s by-laws also outline our mission, memberships, dues, and committees. They were last amended on February 17, 2009.
